Refund Policy

GiftHub operates a pre-paid micro-economy (credits) and a peer-to-peer gift coordination system. This policy explains how refunds work.

Credits

GiftHub credits are non-refundable once purchased. Credits are a virtual currency used within the platform for features like suggestion boosts and price tracking sponsorship.

Peer Transactions

Monetary transfers between users (e.g., PIX payments) are handled entirely between peers. GiftHub does not process, hold, or reverse peer payments. Disputes must be resolved between the parties involved.

Exception

Credits purchased in error within 14 days and remaining unused may be considered for reversal. Contact support@gifthub.online with proof of purchase.

Chargeback Fraud

Initiating a chargeback for credits that have been used will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
