By accessing or using GiftHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Platform Description
GiftHub is a collaborative wishlist manager and gift coordination platform. We facilitate connections between users but are not a party to any transactions between them. We do not sell, ship, or fulfill any products.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old to use GiftHub, and at least 18 to participate in gift commitments.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use GiftHub for any of the following purposes:
- Fraudulent activity, including fake gift commitments or misleading product information
- Spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited communications
- Unauthorized scraping or automated data extraction
- Any activity that violates applicable local, state, or international laws
- Harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior toward other users
5. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform or its users.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
