GiftHub is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
2. Not Liable For
GiftHub is not liable for:
- Peer-to-peer payment disputes (PIX transfers, cash payments)
- Gift quality, condition, or delivery failures
- Third-party retailer issues (product defects, shipping delays, price changes)
- Data loss resulting from service interruptions or force majeure events
3. Liability Cap
GiftHub's total liability for any claim is capped at the amount of credits you purchased in the 12 months preceding the claim.
4. Force Majeure
GiftHub shall not be liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures.
