GiftHub is a coordination platform, not a retailer. We do not fulfill, ship, or deliver any products.
Platform Role
GiftHub helps users coordinate gift-giving by organizing wishlists, tracking commitments, and facilitating communication. All actual purchases, deliveries, and payments happen directly between users and third-party retailers.
User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for purchasing, shipping, and delivering gifts. Delivery tracking features in GiftHub are informational tools β they do not constitute a delivery guarantee.
No Shipping Guarantees
GiftHub is not a party to any peer-to-peer transactions. We do not guarantee that gifts will be delivered, nor do we mediate shipping disputes between users.
